Share access configuration

The Share Access widget enables users to create one or more profiles that grant other users access to the HR Service Delivery portal.

Depending on the configuration of your organization, users can create either a single profile or multiple Share Access profiles. When the single-profile option is enabled, each user can create only one Share Access profile. By default, users can share portal access with multiple individuals.
