Application-specific prerequisites

This topic describes the tasks that must be completed in HR Service Delivery before you can import agents.

To use the HRSD GenAI tools, these conditions must be met:

Ensure the Default HRSD public API endpoint is configured and available in the API Gateway.
Ensure that the HRSD application is added or updated on the Apps tab of the IONAPI customer environment.
