Agent and tool configuration

This topic describes the task necessary for the agents and tools to function properly.

Configuring the Default HRSD public API endpoint

  1. In CloudSuite Portal, access the IONAPI configuration for the target HRSD customer environment.
  2. Add a new IONAPI endpoint and specify this information:
    Target Endpoint Name
    Specify Default.
    Target Endpoint URL
    Depending on the environment, specify https://erc.hrsd.inforcloudsuite.com or https://uat.hrsd.inforcloudsuite.com.
    Authentication Type
    Specify OAUTH1.
    Algorithm Type
    Specify HMAC‑SHA256.
    Consumer Key
    Specify the service key from the client’s Infor.Cloud.CMHRSD web service credentials.
    Consumer Secret
    Specify the service secret from the client’s Infor.Cloud.CMHRSD web service credentials.

    Leave any IONAPI fields not listed above blank.

  3. On the Apps tab of the same IONAPI customer environment, add or update the HRSD application.
