Infor HRSD Forms and Applications enables organizations to provide an employee-facing module containing forms for requests and other business processes. Users can browse, search for, and submit forms directly on the HRSD Forms and Applications page, eliminating the process of downloading, manually completing, and re-uploading forms.

Depending on the form configuration, the forms submitted through HRSD Forms and Applications can trigger workflows such as case creation, notifications, and document attachments to support request tracking and processing.

Form Builder

Form Builder is the admin tool for managing and configuring the forms that are displayed on the HRSD Forms and Applications.

Administrators can perform these actions using the Form Builder:

Create forms
Configure form properties and content
Manage access to forms through user group assignments
Manage reusable components to support consistency across multiple forms and enable customization where necessary
