Groups

Group assignments determine which forms are available to a user in HRSD Forms and Applications.

Administrators can control form visibility and ensure that forms are accessible only to the intended user populations by assigning groups to a form or removing groups from a form. Only members of assigned groups can view, access, complete, and submit the form in HRSD Forms and Applications.
