Copying a topic to another population

You can copy a topic and assign it to another population.

Copying a topic includes only the topic’s general properties, not service group assignments, categories, or subcategories.

For sites that use multiple locales, you can use this process to copy topics to the locales. Translations and other adjustments can be completed after the topic is copied.

  1. Log in as CMsetup administrator.
  2. Select Administration > Case Management Admin.
  3. Click Routing Manager.
  4. Select a population.
  5. Select a topic.
  6. Click Copy Selected.
  7. Select one or more populations as the copy destination.
  8. Click Copy.
