Ask HR for HR field rep assignments

Administrators can assign individual field reps to one or more employee user groups. Assigning field representatives to employee user groups enables them to use Ask HR for HR to create and monitor cases for employees within those groups.

Individual field reps must belong to the system-inherent FieldRep group //Users[(contains(servicerep,‘fieldrep'))]. Administrators can set FieldRep group assignments through the census feed or manually in the Users feature of the portal.

If a field representative is not in the list when you attempt to assign groups, the field representative does not belong to the FieldRep system group.
