Form Builder

Form Builder is the administrative tool for creating and managing forms in Forms and Applications.

Administrators can use Form Builder to create new forms or edit existing ones. They define form properties, manage access, and establish the structure and behavior of each form.

Each form has required basic properties, such as name, description, and status. Administrators can then assign user groups to control access and configure the fields in a form to capture the required data. Field configuration includes selecting from predefined field types, arranging the order of fields in the form, and applying validation rules for each field.

In Form Builder, administrators can manage dropdown options separately to support the reusability of the options across multiple forms and enable customization where necessary.

Form Builder also integrates with Case Management. Administrators can link forms to specific case topics so that submissions automatically generate cases and attach completed forms as PDFs. This integration ensures that requests follow established workflows and remain traceable throughout the resolution process.
