Case notes and attachments
A user who is creating a case from one of the Ask HR features can attach information that can be helpful to describe the issue. An employee can attach a file to the case, with a maximum file size of 25 MB.
Additionally, a link to the page the employee is viewing is attached to the case.
When viewing a case later, an employee can attach more files and add notes to the case. The agents working the case can add notes and attachments that are shown to the employee.
