Administrator Chat Monitor

The administrator chat monitor is available to service administrators who belong to one or more chat-enabled service groups. Data is limited to populations that are served by the chat-enabled service groups to which the administrator belongs. Service administrators can export charts to a spreadsheet.

The chat monitor includes these panels:

• The top panel shows data at a service group level.
• The bottom panel shows data at an agent level. Data can be filtered by service group.

Chat monitor reports refresh automatically every four minutes.
