Exporting cases from the Active Cases report

  1. Log in to Case Management.
  2. Select Analytics > Case Management Analytics.
  3. Click Active Cases.
  4. Configure the filters to search for the reports to export.
  5. Click the export icon.
  6. In the Scheduler modal, specify this information:
    Schedule Name
    Specify a unique name for your export schedule.
    Notification Type
    Select the type of notification for when the export is completed.
    Email To
    Specify the primary email address to receive the exported report.
    Error Email To
    Specify the primary email address to receive error notifications if the export fails.
    Frequency
    Select how often the export should run.
    Execution Time: HH:mm AM/PM

    Set the exact time of day when the export should run by selecting from a list of times in 15-minute increments, displayed in HH:MM AM/PM format. The default is 12:00 AM. All scheduled export times are based on Eastern Standard Time (EST).

    You can also filter your export by selecting By Created Date to include cases created within a specific range, or By Close Date to include cases closed within a specific range.

    Start Date
    Specify the start date for filtering cases to include in the export.
    End Date
    Specify the end date for filtering cases to include in the export.
  7. Click Create schedule.
