Manager chat monitor

The Manager Chat Monitor is available to service managers who belong to one or more chat-enabled service groups. The chat monitor includes analytics on chat interactions between employees and agents in the chat-enabled service groups that service managers oversee. Service managers can export charts to a spreadsheet.

The chat monitor includes these panels:

  • The top panel shows data at a service group level.
  • The bottom panel shows data at an agent level. You can filter data by service group.

Chat monitor reports refresh automatically every four minutes.
