Viewing cases within Ask HR for Managers
The default view shows active cases only in Ask HR for Managers, but display options include active cases only, archived cases only, or a combination of both.
As a manager, you can close and reopen a case if allowed by configuration. You cannot reopen archived cases.
- In Ask HR for Managers, select .
- To view your own cases, select My Own Cases.
- To view the cases that your employees are sharing with you, select Shared Cases.
- To view the cases that you created for your direct reports, select Direct Report Cases.
- To view cases by employee, select My Direct Reports.
- Click the case number. If the case status is Open, then you can add notes and attachments to communicate with the agent working on the case.
