Personalizing charts in dashboards

  1. Log on to Case Management.
  2. Open the chart configuration menu:
    • If you are an administrator, select Admin Dashboard > Chart Configuration.
    • If you are a manager, select Manager Dashboard > Chart Configuration.
    • If you are an agent, select Agent Dashboard > Chart Configuration.
  3. Double-click a report to configure.
  4. In the Display column, select Yes to show the report and No to hide the report.
  5. In the Order column, specify the numeric position of the report.
  6. Click Update.
