Personalizing charts in dashboards
- Log on to Case Management.
- Open the chart configuration menu:
- If you are an administrator, select .
- If you are a manager, select .
- If you are an agent, select .
- Double-click a report to configure.
- In the Display column, select Yes to show the report and No to hide the report.
- In the Order column, specify the numeric position of the report.
- Click Update.
