Bulk transferring cases from the manager queue

If CMsetup administrators configure bulk transfer for the application, service managers can transfer multiple cases to a service group or agent. Service managers can transfer open cases to a single service group only when the routing manager configuration allows case transfer.
  1. In Case Management, select Manager Queue.
  2. Select the cases to transfer.
  3. Click Transfer Selected.
  4. Specify this information:
    Service Group
    Specify the service group that receives the transferred cases.
    Assigned To
    Specify the individual within the service group who receives the assigned cases.
  5. Click Transfer.
