Filter clear button functionality
The function of the dashboard clear filter functionality, set by administrators, can work in these ways:
- When the button is activated, queue reports show open cases, with default filters.
- When the button is activated, queue reports show open cases and closed cases without default filters.
The functionality of the button is wholly dependent on your organization's configuration.
