Case Management mobile
If your organization has implemented mobile services, employees can submit cases from their mobile devices, and service center users can view the cases.
Users can perform these tasks in Case Management mobile:
- Create cases for employees and service center users
- Attach links to Knowledgebase pages tagged for mobile to a case if the organization uses Infor HR Knowledgebase
- Attach images to a case
Users cannot perform these tasks in Case Management mobile:
- Create quick cases
- Remove attachments
- Close cases
- Chat
- Search Knolwedgebase
- Complete surveys
- Reopen cases
