Personalizing multi-chart dashboards

To personalize multi-chart dashboards, the CMsetup administrator must enable this feature for you.

  1. Log on to Case Management.
  2. Open the dashboard configuration menu:
    • If you are an administrator, select Admin Dashboard > Dashboard Configuration.
    • If you are a manager, select Manager Dashboard > Dashboard Configuration.
    • If you are an agent, select Agent Dashboard > Dashboard Configuration.
  3. In the Properties tab, specify this information:
    Tab 1
    Specify a name for the first tab.
    Tab 2
    Specify a name for the second tab.
    Tab 3
    Specify a name for the third tab.
    Note: Only the tabs that you rename are shown in Dashboards.
  4. Click Update.
  5. In the Dashboard Configuration tab, select which charts to show and organize them within tabs:
    1. Double-click a report to configure.
    2. In the Tab column, specify the tab number to indicate in which tab the chart should show.
    3. In the Position column, specify the numeric position of the report within the selected tab.
    4. Click Update.
