Survey form

Agents use the survey form to solicit feedback from employees. An employee can submit a survey when the case is closed. The survey form includes the survey question, a response option, a comment box, and the consent agreement text.

We recommend that you enable these in conjunction with the survey:
  • Case Closed with Survey notification
  • Survey Reminder notification
  • Automated Survey Reminders Task

A survey is unavailable for a case if the survey is disabled, the case is archived, or the reopen period has expired.
