Configuring control labels

  1. Log in as CMsetup administrator.
  2. Select Administration > Case Management Admin.
  3. In the left navigation panel, click Application Settings.
  4. In the Control Labels section, specify this information:
    Upload Button
    Specify the label to show on the button.
  5. In the Chat Request Button section, specify this information:
    Yes
    Specify the label to show on the button for accepting the chat request.
    No
    Specify the label to show on the button for declining the chat request.
  6. Click Update.
