Configuring feature toggles

  1. Log in as CMsetup administrator.
  2. Select Administration > Case Management Admin.
  3. In the left navigation panel, click Application Settings.
  4. In the Features Toggle section, set each option to Yes to enable these settings:
    • Allow Case Cloning: Case cloning
    • SSO for Survey: Single sign-on for surveys
    • Manager Hierarchy: Manager hierarchy features
    • Case Search: Case searching
    • Multi Select Filters: Selecting multiple filters
    • Multi Select Categories & Subcategories: Selecting multiple categories subcategories
    • Ask HR - Share Case With Manager: Sharing cases with managers
  5. Click Update.
