Configuring case notes threshold for select reports

You can configure the note count threshold for My Cases, Active Cases, and Service Group SLA by setting specific numeric threshold for service group notes and overall notes.

  1. Log in as CMsetup administrator.
  2. Select Administration > Case Management Admin.
  3. In the left navigation panel, click Application Settings.
  4. In the Case Notes Threshold section, specify this information:
    Service Group Notes
    Specify a numeric value to set the threshold for the number of service group notes displayed in reports.
    Overall Notes
    Specify a numeric value to set the threshold for the total number of notes displayed in reports.
  5. Click Update.
