Configuring a survey

  1. Log in as CMsetup administrator.
  2. Select Administration > Case Management Admin.
  3. Click Populations.
  4. Select a population.
  5. Click Configure Survey.
  6. Specify this information:
    Enable Survey
    Enable or disable the survey. Set to Yes to offer the survey to employees, managers, or field representatives through their respective self-service modules. Specify the frequency with which the survey is offered. Use zero days to offer the survey for every closed case.
    Standard Survey
    Disable the standard survey to display a star rating system instead of the standard drop-down menus. This standard survey is enabled by default.
    Survey offering frequency
    Specify a frequency between 0 and 99 days for how often surveys are offered per module. A value of 0 means a survey is sent after every closed case. For Ask HR for HR, if the value is greater than 0, follow-up survey notifications will only be sent after the specified number of days.
    Response Option Configuration
    Specify the definitions for each response option and assign a point value from 1 to 5.
    Survey Question Configuration
    Specify each survey question. Users are required to respond to each survey question.
    Additional Survey Question
    Specify a question to rate the overall experience. User responses must be on a scale from 1 to 10.
    Comment Box Text
    You can include a field in which employees can specify comments. Specify the text that you want to be displayed on the survey form above the box. If no text is specified, the comment box is not displayed on the survey.
    Required
    Indicate if comments are required or optional.
    Consent Agreement Text
    Specify the text that you want to be displayed on the survey form above the box. This text is read-only. You can include a check box that employees use to indicate that they consent to or decline consent to the agreement that you specify.
    Required
    Indicate if the consent agreement is required or optional.
  7. Click Update.
