Configuring search and replace rights

  1. Log in as CMsetup administrator.
  2. Select Administration > Case Management Admin.
  3. In the left navigation panel, click Application Settings.
  4. In the Search and Replace Rights section, specify this information:
    Agent/ServiceRep
    To enable agents to perform searches and replacements from the Active Cases report, set this option to Yes.
    ServiceMgr
    To enable service managers to perform searches and replacements from the Active Cases report, set this option to Yes.
    ServiceAdmin
    To enable service administrators to perform searches and replacements from the Active Cases report, set this option to Yes.
  5. Click Update.
