Configuring user groups as dashboard chart filters

Use this procedure to enable filtering of data by specific User Groups when viewing dashboard charts.

  1. Sign in as CMsetup administrator.
  2. Select Administration > Case Management Admin.
  3. On the Case Management Admin page, select User Group Filtering Option > Charts.
  4. Double-click a user group to configure.
  5. Select Yes to enable filtering of a user group on each available dashboard. The default value is No.
  6. Click Update.
