Changing document expiration dates

You can view and manage document expiration dates for multiple documents simultaneously. For example, you can search for documents with pending expiration dates, then change the expiration dates as required.

  1. Access the Document Manager.
  2. Select Report > Expiring Documents.
  3. Select one or more documents.
  4. Click Update Expiration Date.
  5. Specify this information:
    Set New Expiration Date
    This is the date that the documents that you selected will be inactive.
  6. Click OK.
