Viewing cases within Ask HR for Managers
You can choose to view active cases only, archived cases only, or active and archived cases together. The default view shows active cases only.
As a manager, you can close and reopen a case if allowed by configuration. Cases that have been archived cannot be reopened.
- In Ask HR for Managers, select .
- Select My Own Cases, to view your own cases.
- Select Shared Cases, to view the cases that your employees are sharing with you.
- Select Direct Report Cases, to view the cases that you created for your direct reports.
- Select My Direct Reports, to view cases by employee.
- Click the case number. If the case status is Open, then you can add notes and attachments to communicate with the agent working on the case.
