Excluding areas from usage by area chart

Use this setting to select areas that you want to exclude from the Usage By Area chart on the Dashboard.

There is a server time zone list. Only the Eastern Standard Time Zone is available.

  1. Select Knowledgebase > Administration > Knowledgebase Admin.
  2. Select Settings > Analytics Settings.
  3. Select the areas that you want to exclude.
  4. Click Update. To include excluded areas, clear the check box that is associated with the area that you want to include.
