Personalizing dashboards
Administrators, managers and agents can specify the reports that are shown on their dashboards. They can also arrange the reports on the dashboard.
- If you are an administrator, then select .If you are a manager, then select . If you are an agent, then select .
 - To show or hide a report, double-click the report that you want to show or hide.
 - In the Display column, click the arrow that corresponds to the report that you want to show or hide.
 - Select Yes to show the report and No to hide the report.
 - Click .
 - To change the position of a report on the dashboard, double click a report.
 - In the Order column, click the number that corresponds to the report.
 - Click .
