Case Management mobile
If your organization has implemented mobile services, then employees can submit cases from their mobile devices, and service center users can view cases.
Capabilities:
- Employees and service center users can create cases from their mobile devices.
 - If the organization uses Infor HR Knowledgebase, users can attach links to Knowledgebase pages to a case as long as those pages have been tagged for mobile.
 - Users can attach images to a case.
 
Users cannot do these tasks:
- Create quick cases
 - Remove attachments
 - Close cases
 - Chat
 - Search Knolwedgebase
 - Complete surveys
 - Reopen cases
