To integrate telephony with the application, Infor must provide the URL line that the phone switch passes to the service center. This URL wraps two key pieces of data: the CallerID and the AgentID.Three optional pieces of data can be passed and saved in Case Management: CallerPhone, CallerOption and ReferenceID.
