Configuring process builder rights

Users, for whom process builders rights are enabled, can configure rules using multiple areas of the case form to auto-close cases.
  1. Log in as CM Setup administrator.
  2. Access Case Management from the navigation menu.
  3. Select Administration > Case Management Admin > Application Settings > Process Builder Rights.
  4. To Enable the process builder rights, move the slider to Yes.
  5. To enable the rights that are based on a specific role, move the slider to Yes for that role.
  6. Specify a username in the Auto Triage User and the Close User fields. These usernames are used when the events are logged for audit purposes.
  7. Click Update.
