Editing email channel error handling settings
CM setup administrators can modify error handling notifications, including carbon-copy properties.
- Log in as CMsetup administrator.
 - Select Administration > Case Management Admin.
 - Click System Lists.
 - Click Email Channel.
 - Select an error.
 - 
            Specify this information: 
		  
            
- Code
 - This is a system-generated code that is used to reference the notification.
 - Name
 - Specify the name of the notification. This is displayed as the subject of the error notification.
 - Text
 - Specify the text that describes the error notification to the recipient.
 - Notify Sender
 - Set to Yes to copy the sender on the error notification.
 
 - Click Update.
