New fields in Active Cases report
Two fields were added to the Active Cases report: The Created By User field indicates the individual who created the ticket when the case was created by an individual. The Created By Service Group field indicates the service group that created the ticket when the case was created by a service center user. For cases that were created through Ask HR by employee or other self-service modules, the service group that is logged is the default service group for the case topic. The fields are shown at the bottom of the list of existing available columns.
This feature is enabled. No configuration is required.
