My Cases and Unassigned cases are now displayed as the default view for service representatives.

Toggle switch for hiding inactive items
A toggle switch has been added to hide the inactive topics, categories, and subcategories from the Active Cases and Active Cases Additional Information case report.

"Show to Employee" field default option
The default option of the Show to Employee field is now set to No for notifying the employees about ticket reassignment.

Calculation update for Age with Service Group column
The calculation for the Age with Service Group column has been updated to use the Closed Date instead of the Current Date when calculating the value for Closed Cases.
