Troubleshooting group rules
If a field does not display in the builder then it is not configured properly. An administrator must verify these conditions have been met:
- Any missing Standard/system fields are set as Active on the configuration screen.
- Any missing custom fields have been added and are set to Active on the Group Rules Configuration screen.
Issues that are related to these conditions are prevalent when changes are made during implementation and maintenance. It is important to remember that when adding or updating fields in a client's census feed you are required to update the Group Field Configuration screen with the same changes if they affect group rules.
