Deactivating and activating landing page sections

Each landing page can include up to nine sections in three rows of three columns. You can use fewer sections by deactivating sections. You can activate deactivated sections.

  1. Access the document manager.
  2. Click the page that you want to edit. If the page is not checked out by another user, the system checks it out, and it is ready for configuration or editing. If the page is checked out by another user, you are not permitted to check it out until it is checked in again.
  3. With the landing page open for editing, click the drop-down menu beside the landing page name and click Options.
  4. Select the sections that you want to include on the landing page.
  5. Click Apply.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Close the Options menu. The page displays, ready for editing. All sections continue to display in the document in Edit mode even if you didn't specify all in the Configure Options menu. When you publish the document, the landing page will show only those sections that you specified.
