Purging a user and anonymizing data from the Client Content Toolset

Note: Infor employees must not purge users or user data. Only customer administrators should perform these functions.

When a user account is anonymized, the user is purged, the user data becomes associated with an anonymous ID and account. The user is deleted from the user and login tables. When a user account is purged, the system checks for outstanding document changes in the client content toolset. If outstanding issues exist, then the administrator is directed to address the issues. When all outstanding issues have been addressed the account can be purged.

  1. Access the document manager.
  2. Select Tools > Purge User.
  3. Select a user.
  4. Click Delete.
