Changing document assignments

You can view and manage assignments for multiple documents simultaneously. For example, you can search for documents with pending review dates, then change the assignments as required.

  1. Access the Document Manager.
  2. Select Report > Document Assignment.
  3. Select one or more documents.
  4. Click Update Assigned User.
  5. Specify the user to whom you are assigning the documents.
  6. Click OK.
