Bulk publishing

This feature is used to publish documents simultaneously.

  1. Access the document manager.
  2. Select Tools > Bulk Publishing.
  3. In addition to publishing documents, you can perform these functions:
    • View the publishing queue to see the documents that are in line for publishing. Cancel publishing.
    • View the publish schedule.
    • View the publishing history.
  4. To publish one or more documents, select the documents.
  5. In the Publish To field, select an environment.
  6. Click Send To Queue.
