Dynamic widget configurations
Dynamic widgets can include data items and options that you can use to configure them. Otherwise, no editing or configuration is supported. Data items are used to the set pinning status of widgets on the Home page and on landing pages. Pinning for dynamic widgets can be configured on the Home page and on landing pages.

Ask HR for HR Widget

It shows information only about cases the agent created regarding employees in the user groups that the agent services.
