Creating a new case from the directory

  1. Click Directory.
  2. Click the New Case button that is associated with the employee. You might have to scroll the menu to see the button. The population that is shown is the employee's default population.
  3. To change the population, click Population and select an option.
  4. To use a quick case, click Quick Case and select an option. Quick case options are determined by the population. When you select a quick case, some of the fields are populated with options. If the fields are editable, you can change the values. If you do not want to use a quick case, skip this step.
  5. Complete the case form and click Submit. To close the case at this time, click Submit and Close.
