Creating a quick case

Quick cases must be enabled for the employee's populations.

  1. Click Directory.
  2. Click the New Case button that is associated with the employee.
  3. Click Population and select an option.
  4. Click Quick Case and select an option. If the organization uses classes, then quick case options are determined by class. If the organization does not use classes, then quick case options are determined by the population. When you select a quick case, some of the fields are populated with options. If the fields are editable, then you can change the values
  5. Click Submit. To close the case at this time, click Submit and Close.
