Employee access to cases
You can use the Show Case to Employee field on the case form to make the case available to the employee for viewing or to hide it from the employee.
If a case is available to the employee, then you can use the Show To Employee setting in the Case Notes And Attachments section of the case form to make notes and attachments available to the employee for viewing. You can set the visibility of each note and attachment, so you can show some and hide others.
