Showing and hiding columns in the agent queue and manager queue

Managers and agents can personalize the queues by determining the columns that are shown. Each report in a queue can be personalized. Managers and agents can save their views of each report.

  1. If you are an agent, click Agent Queue and select a report. If you are a manager, click Manager Queue and select a report.
  2. Click the Ellipses button and select Show/Hide Columns.
  3. Select the columns that you want to show. Clear the columns that you want to hide.
  4. To save your view, click the Ellipses button and select Save My View.
