Copying populations

You can copy populations from an alternate environment to the environment that you are logged into. These elements are copied:

  • Properties
  • Privileges
  • User Groups
  • SLA
  • Case Configuration
  • Survey Configuration
  • Notifications Configuration
  1. Log in as CMsetup administrator.
  2. Select Administration > Case Management Admin.
  3. Click Utilities.
  4. Click Configuration Migration.
  5. Click Populations. The Populations page shows the populations that are present in an alternative environment but are not present in the environment that you are logged into. The Copy button indicates the environment from which you can copy. The Existing page shows the populations that are present in the environment that you are logged into.
  6. Select one or more populations.
  7. Click Copy From.
