Notification configuration

Email notifications are sent to employees or service users to notify them of events like the opening or closing of a case or the addition of notes to a case You can enable multiple standard notifications. You can enable and configure the subject and body of each notification that is associated with a population, and you can set some notifications to be logged to the Email History when it is sent.

You configure properties that apply to all notifications that are associated with a population, and you configure properties that apply to a single notification.
