Mapping for manual email

These fields are used for manual email mapping:

Field Description
From Email Address This field is used to identify the employee. If the system finds a match for one employee, then the case is created.
To Email Address This field is used to identify the mailbox that populates the case topic.
Subject Populates Subject (if blank, uses default Subject for the mailbox)
Message Populates Issue (if blank, uses default subject for the mailbox). The first agent to view the case is required to complete this field.
