Customized message for successfully uploaded attachments

Users can customize the message that is displayed when an attachment is uploaded to an email successfully. One message can be configured for new tickets and ad hoc emails and a different message can be configured for existing tickets and ad hoc emails.

No enablement configuration is required. Case Management administrators can specify messages using the New Cases field and the Existing Cases field. Fields are located in the Ask HR Attachment Confirmation Messages area of the Properties tab on the Population page.

Date fields added to charts

From Date and To Date fields have been added to charts.

No configuration is required.

Search field added to Agent Queue

A search field has been added to the Agent Queue. Agents can use the field to search for specific tickets.
