Document creation process

The application features standard HTML-encoded document templates that simplify the task of adding documents. When you need to add a document, copy one of the standard templates from the library, modify it and publish it.

  1. Select a document template from the library.
  2. Copy the document template. Integration documents are added as reference, not copy documents.
  3. Open the document in Edit mode.
  4. Add content.
  5. Tag the document. See Tagging and mapping
  6. Check in the document
  7. Publish the document. See Publishing.
